The hotel offered good amenities with plenty of TV options in a large suite, though the room was dated, dark, and dreary. The service was quick, particularly in replacing towels by the pool area, but the decision to restrict elevator access could be inconvenient. The location was primarily convenient for the Cox Business Center but lacking in nearby dining and entertainment options. The dining experience was good but not exceptional, and breakfast was an additional cost. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was very nice, especially being close to downtown events, but the lack of dining options within walking distance was disappointing.
